After a gap of four years, we return to the fascinating city fo Venice. We alsways plan this tour to be either before or after the peak visitor time, to avoid the crowds and the queues. This has always been one of our star tours, so we hope you'll join us.

DOURO RIVER CRUISE

This always proves to be the most difficult cruise to obtain a group allocation on. So, we are especially pleased to be able to offer it on these dates, when the weather is balmy but not rasting, when the crowds haven't quite emerged and when the river is probably at its best.

We have pieced together an exciting 8-night itinerary, featuring Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa and the amazing Cinque Terre. We have also allowed plenty of free time to either relax, visit museums or galleries or simply enjoy thiis stunning part of Italy.

This remains our No.1 Tour and is always popular. Our single rooms sell out almost immediately but, for 2027, we have been able to add a new option for single travellers.
RHINE CRUISE
19-27 Aug 2027 - 8 Nights
We strt this cruise holiday with one night in Switzerland (or possibly on Lake Constance), followed by a
7-night cruise from Basel in Switzerland to Amsterdam.
We sail on one of our favourite ships, the small but beautifully furnished "Symphonie" and our cruise visits many of the major ports and cities of the Rhine.
