PARIS - LES ANDELYS - ROUEN - HONFLEUR - ROUEN - PARIS
Embark on a cruise where heritage and history are as rich as they are exciting. Discover Château-Gaillard, which has been watching out from its rocky outcrop for over 800 years and towering over Les Andelys and one of the most beautiful meanders of the River Seine. Discover the Alabaster coast, bathed by the greeny-blue waters of the English Channel, offering the most impressive landscapes of Normandy. Visit Rouen, a real museum city, a memorable experience with its beautiful half-timbered houses, cobbled streets and Gothic churches. We sail on the newly rebuilt MS Renoir (See details below)
We commence our holiday with a flight from Belfast to Paris CDG, departing Belfast around 2.00pm and arriving Paris CDG around 4.45pm (Times to be confirmed). We will transfer by train and taxi from Paris CDG to the awaiting ship, moored on the River Seine. After comfortably settling into your cabins, we'll introduce our crew at a welcome cocktail.
Enjoy a three course dinner with wine, beer and soft drinks, with tea or coffee afterwards.
We'll set out for an evening cruise through Paris by night (depending on the water level).
PARIS - LES ANDELYS - ROUEN
A tasty breakfast buffet awaits you, offering fresh fruit and juices, breads and toast, hams, meats, cheeses and eggs, with tea & coffee. This morning will be spent cruising. Join us for one of the excursions.
CLASSIC: Visit of the Martainville Château. (Extra cost -TBA)
DISCOVERY: Walk to the Château Gaillard.
We'll return on board in Rouen and, during lunch, start sailing towards Honfleur. Enjoy a three-course meal or buffet lunch (TBA), as we sail away. The afternoon is free to relax, enjoy the autumn colours as we sail past and then prepare for a lovely evening meal.
ROUEN - HONFLEUR
After breakfast, Join us on a guided tour of Honfleur. We have some free time before returning on board for lunch.
This afternoon, join us for an excursion. (Choose one or the other)
CLASSIC: Stroll along La Côte d'Albâtre between cliffs and villages, and enjoy a tasting of Benedictine liqueur at the end*.
DISCOVERY: Hike across the cliffs of Étretat to bask in the landscapes that have been dramatically shaped by weather and erosion.
We'll return on board in Honfleur and during dinner, we will set sail towards Rouen, travelling through the night.
HONFLEUR - ROUEN
Join us on a guided tour on foot of Rouen, before returning on board for lunch.
We'll spend the afternoon cruising. An authentic "guinguette” will recreate the atmosphere "of Sundays on the banks of the Marne.” We'll cruise through magnificent landscapes of steep chalk cliffs. Tonight is our gala dinner and evening.
Enjoy one last buffet breakfast on board before disembarking at 9:00 a.m. Our flight home is not until the evening, so we can leave our luggage on board, whilst we set off for a guided tour of some Paris on foot. Or you can avail of the Hop-On Hop-Off bus.
We collect our bags early afternoon and set off for the airport for the flight back to Belfast, departing around 5.15pm and getting in around 6.00pm. (Time to be confirmed)

At time of printing, many of the hotels in Paris have not finalised their prices for October 2019. We can, however, confirm that we will be offering a four-star hotel in the Opera / Gare du Nord area of Paris for two nights. Paris is one of the most expensive cities in Europe, especially for hotels. As a guide-line, including transfers from the ship and then on to the station, we need to consider £100 - £110 approx, per person, per night for a reasonable hotel. For four-star superior, that will rise to £130-£140 pp/pn. This is a bed and breakfast rate and other meals need to be allowed for.
